How do I change the introduction section of the weekly newsletter?

To change the introduction of the weekly newsletter you need to create a new Post  and categorize it as “Newsletter”. Mailchimp that sends out the newsletter is configured to automatically use the most recent post with the newsletter category as the introduction. The following shows an example of a newsletter post and how it is reflected on the newsletter.


How are Custom Sidebars displayed?

Custom Sidebars are displayed automatically based on the tags you use on a post. For example if you tag a post with “Cannery Brewing Company” the website will automatically replace the standard sidebar with Cannery brewing company sidebar.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Registered participants may cancel their registration (for a $10 cancellation fee or 5% of the course fee if paid by credit card or Paypal, whichever is greater) up to one week prior to a course beginning. After that time, course fees are non-refundable except in cases of medical or family emergency. In such a case, a written request for refund, accompanied by appropriate documentation from a third party (e.e. medical note), must be submitted.

For certain courses or workshops this policy may differ and that will be reflected in the course description.
